Privacy Policy
What we collect when you reach out, what we do with it, and what we don't do at all.
Forward Design Consulting LLC ("we," "us") built this policy to explain, in plain terms, what happens to your information when you use this site. We're a small studio — there's no data team, no ad network, and nothing collected here beyond what's needed to answer your inquiry.
Information we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company or practice name (optional), a description of your project, the type of project you select, and an optional target start date. That's the entire form — we don't collect anything else automatically.
How we use it
Submitting the form sends your information by email, via the Resend email API, to Forward Design Consulting's inbox. We use it to read your inquiry and reply with a proposal. We also send a confirmation email to the address you provided, so you have a record that we received it. We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with anyone outside the studio.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. We can't see how you found this page, what you clicked before you got here, or anything about your visit beyond what you type into the contact form.
Third-party services
The only outside service involved is Resend, which delivers the emails generated by the contact form. Resend briefly processes the content of your submission in order to deliver it. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which serves the pages you're viewing now; hosting providers typically log basic technical data — like IP address and request timing — for security and reliability, separate from anything you submit through the form.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails stay in our inbox like any other email, until we delete them or you ask us to. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You're not required to fill out the contact form to browse this site. If you'd rather not submit your information through the form, you can reach us directly at fwddesignconsulting@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page. Significant changes will be dated so you can tell what's new.
